Overview
We developed the Virtual Clinic system for Practice Growth Network, combining live events, CRM automation, and patient onboarding workflows into one web platform. The platform was built for scalability and performance, offering seamless integration with Eventbrite for live events and Go High Level CRM for automation.
Challenges
The main challenge was merging event management, CRM automation, and patient data handling within a secure and unified system. Ensuring synchronization between the web app, CRM, and third-party event APIs while maintaining high performance was critical.
Analysis
We analyzed the complete workflow from event registration to patient conversion. Go High Level CRM was used for lead nurturing, while Funnel Forms handled data collection. A custom Python-based API was developed to fetch live events directly from Eventbrite, allowing real-time updates within the platform.
Solution
We built a full-stack web application with responsive design and dynamic event synchronization. The Python API integrated with Eventbrite ensured live event listings, while Go High Level CRM and Funnel Forms automated communication and data management. The architecture supports continuous scalability and fast performance under heavy usage.
