Overview

StreamCheap TV is an end-to-end subscription platform designed for IPTV businesses. Users can purchase plans, manage devices, access auto-generated M3U credentials, and receive real-time support. The system integrates deep automation with TV Panel API to handle line creation, renewal, and management without any manual intervention. Alongside that, we built a complete referral program, loyalty system, and a modern admin dashboard for operational control.

Challenges

The project required creating a seamless IPTV buying and onboarding experience while handling many complex backend processes:

  • Automating IPTV line provisioning and renewal with a third-party TV panel

  • Building a clean and modern user dashboard with real-time data

  • Implementing subscription billing with recurring payments

  • Creating a scalable admin panel with activity logs and analytics

  • Building WebSocket-based live chat for instant customer support

Analysis

We analyzed the client’s operational workflow and found opportunities to automate 90% of the manual tasks, including generating M3U lines, renewing accounts, validating payments, and tracking devices. We also mapped the customer journey from signup to TV setup, identifying friction points that could be eliminated with a modern interface, automated emails, and real-time chat support.

Solution

StreamCheap TV is a fully automated IPTV subscription platform that handles everything from user authentication and subscription purchases to IPTV line creation using the Panel API. Payments, renewals, and promo codes are processed through Stripe with real-time webhook automation.

Users get instant access to their M3U credentials, multi-device support, referral rewards, and live chat powered by WebSockets. The admin dashboard includes user management, impersonation, analytics, activity logs, and real-time monitoring, making the entire IPTV operation fast, automated, and extremely efficient.
